Fill the box to about half with screwed up kitchen roll.

Please do not use bubblewrap or plastic .

 

If the stems are exposed wrap with damp tissue, do not spray your flower heads with water or pack vases with water in the box.

 

Surround the flowers with a soft nest of kitchen roll.

 

Do not put anything heavy in the box with your flowers.

Fill the box to the top

Place your name and address inside the box.

Insert a clear list within the box of the contents.

 

Tape the lid onto the box securely

Mark fragile also "top" and "bottom"

Write both our name address, postcode and telephone number and your details clearly on the outside of the box.

Unless otherwise instructed by you, our couriers will collect your flowers 9-5.30 on the first working day after your wedding from your designated collection point.

If you are leaving your flowers to be collected from your venue please be sure that the reception staff know where your parcel is and have our telephone number.

Your bouquet will be brought to us on a fast overnight service.
